I got lots of exercise yesterday, mostly hauling my laptop case and me all over the airports. So my favorite part of the day 3 was anything stretching my upper body - the stretches as well as the knee up -pull down. Thanks, Susie, for this
great challenge!

This mornings workout was great, I am still sweating. I'm not coordinated at all so the exercise that felt like the most work was opposite leg and arm moves. I have to really concentrate and think about what I was doing.
