As we continue celebrating 12 amazing years of Q Movements, I can’t help but reflect on how Year 5stretched me in all the best ways, physically, professionally, and personally.
This was the year I began offering in-home personal training, and the shift brought me closer to the heart of what I love most: meaningful connection.
I worked with strong, professional women who weren’t just committed to fitness but also to making health a family value.
You’ve heard the saying, “A family that works out together, stays healthy together”? Well it’s absolutely true!
I witnessed moms and daughters, spouses, and even multi-generational families sweating, smiling, and supporting each other. Those family sessions were fun, sometimes a little chaotic but always meaningful. They became a beautiful example of how health can be a shared value, a shared bond, and a lasting legacy.

There's one experience that will stay with me forever. One of my amazing clients, Nancy G., invited me to participate in the Camino De San Antonio, a 10-mile pilgrimage rooted in faith, reflection, and community. I said yes, and WOW.

On a personal level, this journey reminded me why relationships matter in this work. Coaching goes beyond fitness, it’s about trust, growth, and walking alongside someone, literally and figuratively.
I’m sharing a short video with you so you can catch a glimpse of what the pilgrimage meant to me.
I walked away from that experience with a full heart and deeper gratitude for the people I get to walk alongside both in workouts and in life.
MindFit Pro Tip:
Connection is key to lasting transformation. Whether it’s family, friends, or a supportive community, building strong relationships around your wellness goals makes all the difference. When you have people to share your journey with, it’s not just easier, it’s more meaningful.
Each year of Q Movements brings new lessons, growth, and gratitude, and I’m so thankful you’re part of this community.
Focus Forward,
SQ
P.S. Coaching isn’t just about reps and routines, it’s about relationships. I’m forever grateful to the families and clients who let me into their homes and their lives in Year 5.
