This proven approach blends fitness training with mindset coaching for a holistic approach to your well-being. Three Live 30-minute workouts via Zoom per week. Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9-9:30 am CST. Including a short warm-up & cool-down. 

8 Week Fitness Program:

Strength-based workouts crafted to help you increase muscle, burn fat, and improve your overall fitness—all in just 30 minutes. 

Workouts:

24 Live, 30-minute strength-based workouts. Minimal equipment, maximum results, with my expert guidance every step of the way

MindFit Coaching:

To help you identify key mental blocks and start building a mindset that supports your strength and progress.

Check-ins:

Weekly check-ins for accountability so you can stay on track and motivated throughout your fitness journey.

Expert Guest Speaker:

Exclusive access to a health professional so you can gain insights and knowledge to support your health and wellness goals.

Private Community:

Connect with like-minded women so that you can share experiences and support each other along the way.

Custom App:

Easy access to your workouts. All Live workouts will be uploaded into the app within 2 hours of the Live workout being completed.
