In Q Fit Live, I integrate my Signature MindFit Method, which is what I use with all my clients. This proven approach blends fitness training with mindset coaching for a holistic approach to your well-being. I'll help you to prioritize your health and fitness without sacrificing your success in other areas of life so you can have a successful career, a fulfilling home life, and a fit and strong mind & body. 

 

Three Live 40-minute workouts via Zoom per week. Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9-9:40 am CST. Including a short warm-up & cool-down. 

 

  • Monday's - Strength & Resistance Training 

  • Wednesday's - Low Impact, High-Intensity Cardio 

  • Friday's - Flexibility & Mobility 

12 Week Comprehensive Fitness Program:

Short, effective workouts including strength, cardio, flexibility & mobility training so you can feel your best. 

Workouts:

36 live workouts requiring minimal equipment so you can stay motivated and committed to your fitness routine with guidance from me in every workout.

MindFit Coaching:

3 live sessions so you can develop a resilient and growth mindset to overcome mental barriers to success.

Check-ins:

Weekly check-ins for accountability so you can stay on track and motivated throughout your fitness journey.

Expert Guest Speaker:

Exclusive access to a health and fitness expert so you can gain insights and knowledge to support your health and wellness goals.

Private Community:

Connect with like-minded women so that you can share experiences and support each other along the way.

Custom App:

Easy access to your workouts. All Live workouts will be uploaded into the app within 2 hours of the live workout being completed. 

Convenient Weekly Workouts:

All under 40 minutes, that require minimal equipment. This flexibility allows you to exercise from the comfort of your home, office, or while traveling.

    You'll benefit from two weekly 50-minute Zoom coaching sessions with MindFit Coaching, where you'll receive personalized workouts, mindset coaching, and ongoing support. Plus, you'll have the flexibility to connect with me via voice memo, messaging & email between sessions for additional support whenever you need it.
  • What can I expect during the Kickoff Call?
    I'll conduct a detailed review of your current health status, lifestyle, and wellness goals. Together, we'll establish clear objectives and priorities to ensure that your MindFit Coaching experience is tailored to your specific needs and schedule.
  • How will I track my progress throughout the program?
    MindFit Coaching includes comprehensive weekly check-ins, complete with personalized voice memos, to track your progress and address any challenges along the way. You'll also have access to your personal app for convenient home & gym workouts & health habit monitoring.
  • Can I reach out to my coach outside of scheduled sessions?
    Absolutely! Within your personal app, you'll have private messaging access so you can connect with me anytime if you have a question, need a pep talk, or life throws you a curveball, I’m here for you!
  • How long does the MindFit Coaching program last?
    The MindFit Coaching program is a 4-month commitment, designed to provide you with the support and guidance you need to achieve sustainable results.
  • I'm excited to join the MindFit Coaching program, what’s the investment?
    I offer two convenient pricing options for the MindFit Coaching program. You can choose to pay $960 per month for four months, or opt for the one-time payment of $3040, which saves you $800 compared to the monthly plan.

    Getting started with MindFit Coaching is quick & easy! The first step is to click here to set up your Free Fit Call & complete a short intake (less than 60 seconds). During your call, we’ll discuss your goals, assess your needs, and determine if MindFit Coaching is the right fit for you.
  • Do you have a refund policy?
    Absolutely! I want you to feel confident in your decision to join MindFit Coaching. That's why I offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If within the first 30 days of starting the program you decide it's not the right fit for you, you can cancel and receive a refund for the remainder of the program if you paid in full. If you're on a monthly payment plan, your future payments will be stopped upon cancellation. Your satisfaction and success are my top priorities!
