Over 15 years ago, I was in a car accident that resulted in a double lumbar back fusion surgery. Surprisingly, the mental aspect of recovery was even more demanding than the physical one. I found it difficult to manage the pain, anxiety, and depression that surfaced during that time. It wasn't what I expected. Although the physical hurdles were challenging this experience provided me with valuable insight into how mindset significantly impacts the mind-body connection.
During our group mindset coaching sessions, I'll be sharing some of the core principles from my Moderation365 food relationship course with you. These insights are gems that will help you build a healthier and more mindful connection with food. I'm the founder of Q Movements, an online mindset, nutrition & fitness coaching company & host of the FITnatics! podcast for high achievers. I was born to guide and support individuals in their quest for a fulfilling healthy & sustainable lifestyle. With more than two decades of experience in the health and fitness industry, I've transformed the lives of countless women.
My Masters's Degree is in Public Health with an emphasis on community health. I take pride in my education & qualifications as a Cooper Institute and ACE Certified Personal Trainer, as well as my expertise as a Biomechanics Method Corrective Exercise Specialist, Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, Senior Exercise Specialist, Moderation365 Nutrition Consultant, and certified Health Mindset Coach.
